O.....klahoma

Let me just preface these pictures by saying that Christmas vacation can be indeed miserable when you are passing around the flu.  I guess if you have to be miserable, be miserable in good company?  Needless to say, we still managed to make long lasting memories, some we'll likely wish we could forget, but lots that will make us smile and laugh out loud for years to come.

Lisa's birthday dinner on Christmas Eve.
 Will anxiously awaiting his dinner.
Steph getting in the birthday girl's face.
 Will doing....what Will does.

Little Rossy talking on the phone.
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without matching jammies.

Will thought it was awesome that Santa found him in Oklahoma AND at his house too!

 Oh Rossy!

 Jaxon.
 The cute cousins!

 The Nativity...sort of.

"Uh!  Do I have to be a cow, mom?"

After Christmas, Blair and I visited the memorial and museum dedicated to those who died in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building.  It was very touching, but so very sad.

"We come to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever.  May all who leave here know the impact of violence.  May this memorial offer comfort, strength, peace, hope and serenity."

Thanks mom and dad for making our Christmas so great!  We loved being with you!

Christmas at Home

We had our Christmas at home early, since we were leaving to visit my parents in Oklahoma for Christmas.

Will loved his new marble maze toy.  He wrote to Santa and asked for it.
He was so happy to actually get it!

 His cool "Super Me" book.

Will gave me a new cutting board.  He told me he got me a new cutting board weeks before.  :)
Blair's best surprise face.  Will also told him about the cashews he got for him.

Christmas at Blair's parents was the same night. Look at that stack of presents!!

We gave Ryan a flashlight.  Blair assured me that it was a great gift and I was puzzled by Ryan's excitement.  I doubt I'll ever really understand these flashlight enthusiasts.

Isn't it great to have a husband who gets this excited about $3 fishing pole stands.  I love him. :)
