Happy Halloween

During the day, my friend had a little party for our little kiddos.  They had an absolute BLAST!  Matt, in true form, stayed at the table longer than anyone else.  He polished off 4 hot dog mummies and a few witches fingers, his entire cup of mandarin oranges and of course,  endless amounts of candy.  Where does he put it all?  Everyone wonders the same thing.

Will playing Pin the Nose on the Witch.

 Matt's turn.
Our family theme costume:  Wreck-it Ralph, Fix-it Felix (times two), and Vanellope Von Schweets.  The boys were so excited about their costumes.  It is Will's favorite movie right now.

 Action shots.
Matt with Aunt Waldo, I mean Rachel.
Since we found out that Will has an allergy to all milk products 6 months ago, it has been a real challenge, and at times a real bummer, to try and figure out how to live life dairy free.  However, when I separated out all the chocolate candy (definitely contains milk) from his trick or treat basket, it was the first time since the diagnosis that I felt grateful for his allergy!  Looks like a lot less sugar highs and tummy aches this year.  Hooray!
His remaining stash.  Should take maybe a week to polish off.

The Great Pumpkins

Pumpkin carving sure was interesting this year.  My little Matt is quite the busy boy and insisted on being right in the middle of the fun....er...mess.  Oh well, we made good memories.

 Spooky faces

Preschool Time!

Wow!  I can't believe he is old enough to go to preschool.  He was so excited to wear his two-sizes-too-big-backpack to school.  He loves school and constantly sings the songs he's learning and tells me how to act according to what "my teacher says."  What a cute boy.

An End to Summer Fun

We were so spoiled this year to get yummy fresh veggies and fruit from our friends, the Irvine's and also from Grandma and Grandpa Marshall.  The boys positively LOVED the corn on the cob, sometimes eating up to 4 cobs in one sitting!

Below, the boys "helping" do the end of summer yard work.

End of summer play date with Jax.  Somehow they got a hold of some stickers and had a sticker war.

Good bye summer...fall is just about here!
